- 2 cups sliced Burong Pajo
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large tomato
- 1/2 cup sibuyas tagalog, sliced thinly
- 1.5 tbsps boiled bagoong alamang
- 1/2 tsp patis
Procedure:
- Mix all the above ingredients in a glass or stainless bowl.
- Serve with fish paksiw or fried fish.
