Burong Pajo Salad

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sliced Burong Pajo
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 cup sibuyas tagalog, sliced thinly
  • 1.5 tbsps boiled bagoong alamang
  • 1/2 tsp patis

Procedure:
  1. Mix all the above ingredients in a glass or stainless bowl.
  2. Serve with fish paksiw or fried fish.
