Spanish Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped finely
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Procedure:
  1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add tomato sauce.
  2. Simmer gently for at least an hour.
  3. Let cool. Place in a glass bottle or jar. Cover tightly.
  4. Put inside the refrigerator until future use.
